Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items. Items must be shipped back and received by KaraMia within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of carefully shipping returned items.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Did your order arrive damaged, defective or include the wrong item? Darn it. We are sorry and will work with you to resolve the issue. Customers need to contact KaraMia within 7 days of the delivery date.
