Lib’s Fudge Cookies are chewy chocolate drops of happiness. I dare you to eat only one! This is my go to recipe for cookie swaps because they are easy to make and fun to share. My holidays are not complete without them. My Grandma (Lib) would bring shoeboxes full of homemade cookies when she came to our house for Christmas. She would make a variety of holiday cookies, but her Fudge Cookies are by far my fave. I treasure them so much that I have fun serving them on her china.
