Shipping Policies

KaraMia offers free shipping on orders over $80 within the contiguous United States. There is a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 for orders less than $80. 

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Packages ship via trackable economy options using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. During warm weather, candles only ship Monday through Wednesday because we want to avoid packages sitting in hot delivery trucks over a weekend. 

 

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations and we do not offer expediated shipping service. 

 

Customers will receive an automated email when your order ships; it will note your Tracking Number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within two weeks of placing your order, please Contact us for a status update.

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot edit or change an address after an order has shipped. KaraMia is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address or missing information.
