You eat the bananas with a spoon like cereal, then drink the sweetened OJ. So delish and a quick refresh. Nana’s Bananas in OJ remains one my comfort foods that I make whenever I’m under the weather and need an extra vitamin boost. Enjoy!
1 banana, sliced and divided
2 cups orange juice, divided
Makes 2 servings
Get two water glasses or small bowls.
Put half the sliced bananas in each glass.
Pour the orange juice over the bananas.
Serve with a spoon to scoop up the fruit.
